SCWA Open House

SCWA will be holding its annual Open House on Tuesday, March 20th in the Wilson Community Room at the Central City Borough Building from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m..  If you would like to know more about the watershed and the many projects that are going on currently and those planned for the future, please join us.  Light appetizers with an ethnic theme will be prepared by Chef Geoff Swirchack of B & G Catering.

Reitz #1 Interpretive Trail Ribbon Cutting & Fish Rodeo

On Saturday, April 28th, 2012, SCWA will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony for the interpretive trail in Reitz #1 at 10:00 a.m..  We will also be hosting a Fish Rodeo for children 12 and under directly after the ribbon cutting ceremony.

Limestone Dosing

The first limestone dosing of 2012 is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 2nd on Panther Run.  We will meet at the State Game Lands parking lot in Gahagen aroun 8:00 a.m..  If you are interested in volunteering and would like additional information about this and other volunteer opportunities please contact the Volunteer Committee at volunteers@shadecreekwatershed.org.  All help is greatly appreciated!
